Colour plays a huge part in my work, and I feel that it is something significant which can be spoke about. As I have used red, this connotes several different things. For example, love and romance, but also danger and anger. I feel that using this within my work offered the idea that my character is angry that she was jilted at the alter but also that the running theme throughout is love and romance. I have also used red in the music video in parts where the forest is shown. This could represent that there is a fire in the forest; signifying that her anger is being shown through colour. I thought that I had to keep this theme running through my work, as it would build an identity for my band but also my character.
